Tulsa Achieves provides full tuition and fees for every graduating high school senior in the city, including students from public or private institutions, or home-schooled students. Eligible students must graduate with a 2.0 GPA and commit to beginning college the following fall semester.

The pioneering Tulsa Achieves Program, which began five years ago, is a nationally recognized model that is in the process of being replicated at other colleges across the country. Tulsa Achieves provides up to 100 percent of tuition and fees for up to 63 college credit hours or up to three years of college, whichever comes first.
