The LSC Promise is a scholarship and civic engagement program that provides two years of “last-dollar scholarship” for a college education at any Lone Star College location. The LSC Promise is designed for any student that is a first time in college (FTIC) or high school senior planning to attend LSC in Fall 2016. It offers qualifying students with funding for the remaining balance due for tuition and fees after federal Pell or other grants, state grant funds and scholarship awards are used to pay the cost of tuition and fees. The above information is taken from the Program’s website.
