The Sandhills Promise allows Moore and Hoke County residents who graduate from a public/private high school or registered home school and who complete four dual enrollment courses at Sandhills to pay no tuition at the college for the two years immediately following high school graduation. Students will be required to complete at least four CCP classes prior to graduation from high school. After graduation, the Sandhills Promise program will cover tuition costs at the in-state rate for two years. Students must first utilize all other financial aid sources, including federal, state and SCC scholarship aid, and Sandhills Promise will then cover any unmet tuition costs at the in-state rate. The above information is taken from the Program’s website.
