The Rosen Foundation Scholarship is part of the Tangelo Park Program (TPP), a community-based grassroots initiative that encourages civic commitment from private, public, and community organizations. Founded and financially-supported by Harris Rosen, a local Orlando hotelier, the scholarship allows students realize their dreams of attending college.

Specifically, the Rosen Foundation Scholarships cover the full cost of college or vocational school tuition, room and board, books, and travel expenses for every graduating high school senior from the Tangelo Park area.
