Promise for the Future is a program designed to encourage students who reside in Pinal County to stay in high school, graduate with a 2.75 grade point average and participate in 20 hours of community service. Students along with their parents/guardian sign a contract of commitment during the students’ eighth grade year. Students graduating from a Pinal County high school who have fulfilled the requirements of the Promise for the Future contract will be eligible for the Promise for the Future Scholarship. This scholarship entitles them to free tuition to any Central Arizona College campus for up to four consecutive semesters. The above information is taken from the Program’s website.
