All 2017-18 high school graduates from the Coachella Valley area can now receive free tuition and fees for two years at College of the Desert (COD). This great new initiative is known as the “pLEDGE” program. Eligible recipients must submit a FAFSA or California Dream Act Application, and qualify for in-state tuition. Before entering the fall 2018 semester, students must participate in the summer EDGE program and complete 10 community service hours over the academic year.
