The Muskegon Area Promise is a unique commitment to the young people of our community-that if they work hard they will be able to earn at least a two-year college degree tuition free. Students graduating high school with a cumulative 3.5 GPA or higher from within the boundaries of MAISD and accepted into either Muskegon Community College or Baker College of Muskegon qualify for the promise.
