Harrisburg Promise Scholarship was established for residents of Pennsylvania living in one of the following housing developments in Harrisburg: Hall Manor, Hillside Village, Hoverter Homes, MW Smith Homes and William Howard Day Homes. The scholarship is specifically for students enrolling at Harrisburg Area Community College. Students must participate in the Harrisburg Promise Program to be eligible.
