Philadelphia high school students may be able to pursue an associate’s degree at Community College of Philadelphia with no cost for tuition and fees. The first step is to apply to Community College of Philadelphia. In order to receive the award, you must apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and be eligible to receive the Pell Grant. Any financial aid grant dollars received will be applied first as part of the award program, and then the College will provide “last dollars” for tuition and fees unmet by federal or state grants. The above information is taken from the Program’s website.
