A pilot tuition-free college program for low-income students in Boston. The aim is to allow eligible high school graduates in Boston to complete four-year degrees without paying tuition or mandatory fees. Eligible students must meet federal Pell grant income standards and attend one of three community colleges in Boston. Students are required to complete their associates’ degree within two and a half years before transferring to a state public college or university.
