Promise Profile: Oregon Promise

The Oregon Promise is a statewide Promise program that formed in 2015 when State Senator Mark Hass (D) and State Representative Mark Johnson (R) convened a bipartisan committee to increase opportunity so that high school graduates can obtain a community college degree or certificate without the burden of overwhelming debt.
